Restrictions

1. Availability by jurisdiction

Xatoxi's products and services are not available in every territory. Eligibility is ultimately subject to determination by Xatoxi LTD, and we may refuse or discontinue provision where applicable law requires it.

2. International sanctions compliance

Xatoxi LTD does not accept clients or process transactions connected to countries, territories, persons or entities subject to the international sanctions applicable to us, including those adopted by the United Nations Security Council and those arising under the law of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

We may require additional information to verify compliance with these restrictions, and may refuse or discontinue the service where compliance cannot be established.

3. Prohibited uses

Xatoxi's services may not be used for unlawful activity, for money laundering or terrorist financing, to infringe the rights of others, or to distribute content whose possession or dissemination is illegal.

Nor may you attempt to circumvent the network's security measures, interfere with its operation, or impersonate any other person or entity.

4. Identity verification

Certain services require identity verification through Citizenstar. The verification level reached determines which functions you can access.

The specific documentation requested at each level is set out during the verification process itself. The processing of that data is governed by the Privacy Statement.

5. Minimum age

The service is not directed at minors under the law applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Changes

These restrictions may be updated when applicable regulation or the scope of the service changes. The date in the heading indicates the last revision.
